Cancellation Policy

Instructors and the venue need to be booked a long time in advance and must be paid for however many people attend the event. Due to this we have a strict cancellation policy to allow us to continue to afford to run the club.

 

It is with great regret that The Committee have decided that they will not be able to offer refunds for bookings that cannot be attended unless a vet certificate can be produced. We apologise for this but believe that it is the only way at present to guarantee the continuation of The Club and the events we are already planning to run in the future.
